You cant go wrong leasing your next apartment here! I cant say enough great things about Magnolia on the Green Apartments in Allen, TX on Chelsea Blvd. Weve been living here for awhile and every day my wife and I are reminded of the wonderful decision we made to call MOTG home. From the friendly front office staff who are always ready to answer any questions or solve any problem we might have quickly and with a smile to the maintenance staff who are standing by to fix any issue big or small. The very few times we have needed a service call, the maintenance staff have been prompt and careful with our things and clean up after the service call. We have a dog and the poo stations with free waste bags and receptacles are a nice bonus. The amenities are awesome. The workout gym has plenty of equipment which they keep in great working condition. The lounge area and balcony over looking the large size pool is really cool. With several big screens and pool table its the perfect place to hang with friends and family. Parking is so easy, lots of parking in the 4 level parking garage. Ok I could go on and on but my fingers are wearing out my phone. More later!

***UPDATE*** Though management has struggled at times responding to communication attempts, I believe it is still in their best interest to do what they can to accommodate the needs of their residents. Jessica is one that has always been very nice and helpful, from the time that I was just touring the complex through even conflicts that had come up after move-in. Although the lack of EV chargers and lack of ample visitor parking is still an inconvenience, this complex provides great floor plans in a wonderful location. I am glad they have worked with me to make things better and have me feel more at home. ____________ Pro: the location. Cons: just about everything else. The management is extremely unprofessional and has complete disregard and lack of concern for residents needs and requests. They will ignore your attempts to reach out to them and will gaslight you if they are unwilling to attend to your requests. To list just a few of the many more cons: The hallways wreak of garbage from an inconvenient valet trash service that you are required to pay for in addition to your rent The garage is absolutely filthy, covered in widespread litter which has never ever been cleaned Visitor parking is practically nonexistent and they take advantage of that by preying on visitors by having their cars towed Tap water is extremely hard. Was told that it would stop looking cloudy/opaque after a few days of moving in, yet its been this way for months and its almost nasty to look at the water at times and leaves insane mineral deposit stains They consider EV chargers a luxury and have no plans of adding them despite multiple requests by multiple occupants with electric vehicles Despite having parcel lockers in the mail room, packages are often left out in the open and I have had multiple packages stolen, even one of significant value, and management takes no accountability Something is always broken and its never communicated. Be it the garage gate malfunctioning, elevator out of service, random power outages, and much, much more I really wanted to love my apartment and community, but now Im already looking for a new place to stay just a few months into my lease. Horrible service, you dont get what you pay for, you will be much happier somewhere else.

HUGE shout out to Ronna on the maintenance team for going above and beyond every day. Her attention to detail, friendly nature and positive attitude can be hard to find. Shes certainly a team player and goes out of her way to ensure a job well done. Courtney and Jessica in the office are awesome as well, super friendly and always willing to help. Keep up the good work Team Magnolia!

Moved here about a month ago from out of state and so far Magnolia has been a fantastic place to live. Everything is clean, the staff are nice and helpful, and the fenced in yard and trail behind the building is great for my dog. And the private garage has plenty of room for storage. Apartment is in great condition with higher end furnishings. Residents are friendly.
