We have lived in the Cortona community for a few years and feel at home here. When something breaks Reggie with the maintenance team is always professional and kind to us, he communicates what the issue is and what his plan is to resolve it. A few weeks ago we didnt have hot water and he reset our water heater to fix the issue quickly. We have had a broken sink and ice maker, but he showed up first thing this morning and now we have a full functioning kitchen, thank you Reggie!
