The staff is very nosey and the complex rules are outrageous. The complex reels you in with the we want everyone to follow the rules and have renters respect the policies of the complex. Maintenance is nosey as well and in your lease it states they have the right to enter your unit at any time, which they do. When you call to report violators the staff follows up with email blasts and nothing is ever done. Dog owners often let their pets roam free and nothing is done to those that violate the leash law. Dogs are left to bark for hours on end in units. When it's reported you get a barrage of email blasts. For this to be an upscale complex you would expect the management to follow the rules set forth in the lease and for it's tenants to be fined for violations. You would also expect a modicum of privacy at the complex. No one should be in your home without you being present. If you are thinking of moving here be sure to read every single line in the lease. You should also be warned that if someone stays for an extended period the management requires you to have a background check because that person must be added to the lease.

I have lived here for almost a year and at first I couldn't find anything wrong with the place except some minor paint and flooring issues. The complex had not been leased completely yet and so it was nice, lots of parking, minimum dog poop everywhere, minimum noise, etc. However, as has time has passed and more people moved in, I have changed my mind. First, parking is a joke. I am a single mom and I have had emergencies with my child and have had to rush to the hospital after 8 pm, and come back home late to no parking at all near my apt so I've had to make my child walk all the home while sick. The other major issue is the noise. I felt like I was living under a zoo for the longest time. I guess the upstairs neighbors just stomped their way around the apartment. Then a family with a toddler moved in and that was sooo so fun...not. I worked from home on the side and it was a nightmare trying to work or rest with all the noise. There was a persistent leak in my unit specifically that seemed to come from a drain in the AC room and apparently comes from the upstairs unit,. At first, they blamed it on my washer....the washer was replaced though there was nothing wrong with it and the leak persisted and my neighbors had the same problem too... this has happened more than 6 times and the issue is still there. If you have kids do not come here. The kids park is a joke, there are ants everywhere and since people can't seem to understand that there is an area for dogs to do their business, there is dog poop everywhere including the back area of my apt. Everywhere you go, you stumble into dog poop, so I cant really let my child play in the porch area either. I like the fact that the pool area is awesome and they keep making it nicer and nicer, the gym is great too but for some reason, some of the new tenants don't adhere to the pool policies and bring all kinds of strange people to the pool area, more people that you are allowed to. There is heavy drinking and there really isn't someone there from leasing looking over anything that goes on in the pool area. The ladies in the leasing office are generally really nice. Never had any issues with them or getting maintenance. Traffic is now getting worse though so. Overall its a nice place if you are single and aren't home most of the day.

It seems as some of the issues must be true, because when Haley placed her comment 7 months ago it was not recognized by the community manager, but the good reviews were. Although checking to verify on your own is also a good idea, but it's also shows character by completely ignoring the not so pleasant review. Goes to show that what she said may be true after all. I have lived here for the past year...and I have enjoyed every minute. First and foremost, Kayla, Hannah, and Cole in the leasing office are probably some of the nicest and friendliest people you will ever meet. They treat you as if you are family, and I love that. Second, the apartments themselves are beautiful with all the latest upgrades. I work in downtown and would actually prefer to make the long drive instead of living closer, and being in something not nearly as nice. I highly recommend living here...its by far superior to anything else you will find.

We've lived here for roughly 2 years now since the complex first opened, and we've had all around an extremely positive experience, whether it be the high-end apartment itself, the overall community or the ease with which we can handle and address issues, whether it be maintenance, services, or amenities. We love our apartment and have been assisted over the two years, almost never more than a day later when it comes to new light bulbs, fixtures, or even just asking for a small jar of paint, when we somehow spilled on a wall. The amenities are outstanding with a big green egg, a pool, and an awesome exercise room, which has seen updates and improvements almost every two months or so with new equipment, and is always 100% clean and organized. Perhaps this doesn't stem from the complex, but our neighbors are awesome, and all around great people, always happy to say hello or smile, which just makes for a better experience. The front office has always been kind, professional, and works with us when things need to be addressed, with a genuine care about what happens, more than I've experience anywhere else. Overall, we love Woodstock and the proximity to the restaurants downtown, and have had nothing but great things to say about living here.

Although this complex is seemingly nice enough, don't let it fool you. I lived in these apartments from March 2016 to February 2017. I constantly had issues with the parking lot. None of the parking spaces between building 902 & 906 are even. On top of that, no one seems to care how they park. The parking lot is always overflowed and people think it is okay to park in the middle of the road or at the fire lane. The complex is also at least half parallel parking. This is GA, not everyone knows how to park. This does not mean cut your wheel and leave half your car in the middle of the road. The front office threatens with towing, but no one has ever been towed that I know of. The trash pick up is not optional. Who ever the trash pick up is they sling all kinds of trash all over the breezeway. There were several instances where the trash pick up left broken glass in the breezeway. The complex obviously cut cost in construction as well. I had my closet and laundry doors jam to the point where the handle ripped off the door. Not to mention the cracks down the wall from the building settling I guess. There are a few kids that lived in the community and apparently the only entertainment they had was to run up and down the halls. I also did not appreciate the random maintenance visits and being told to put your pets away because they are not responsible but at the same time you are not suppose to crate your animals because they consider it animal abuse. What did management do while all this went down? NOTHING! Nothing but drink their wine that is suppose to be for community events. All complaints were misdirected one way or another. These women sold me and my husband on a close knit community and 2 months after we move in they stop hosting any community events. For good reason, the management was replaced. The new management was even worse about responding to issues. They have new maintenance people that I do not know entering apartments unknowingly. They also park where ever they please, on white lines, in handicap spots, middle of the road. The front office never had more than one person in. All around horrible experience.

My husband and I moved in October 2015, when there were only a few buildings completed, and the bigger building was basically still a pile of dirt. When we first moved in, the pool, fitness center, and dog park had not been finished, and rent was a bit cheaper. When we renewed our lease, rent went up $45, which wasn't unreasonable to me, since we now had all the amenities available to us. We live in a bottom floor apartment in the back, so it's fairly quiet and there's plenty of parking, even late at night. I've heard the main building has a lack of parking, but I can't speak to that since I never park over there. I've read other reviews about the walls being paper thin and being able to hear everything, however, I have yet to have an issue with hearing the neighbors above me. I will randomly hear footsteps, or talking, but it is rare. I have heard the neighbor to the back of my apartment on one occasion, but they were yelling pretty loudly and I'm sure all nearby apartments were able to hear him. We have two large dogs, and we do have to pay pet rent, but we've never had an issue with having the pets. Late last year (September or October I believe), a new management company took over the apartments, and I haven't had too many interactions with them, but the few I have had have been pleasant and they seem nice. My one complaint would be that they don't contact us when we have a package. We didn't know we would be receiving a package from my father-in-law, and we didn't even know the package was delivered until we picked up another package last month, when the package from my father-in-law was delivered in March. My husband and I are relocating to a different state when our lease is up, or else we would sign another year's lease. The price for the apartments (at least what we are paying) is reasonable, considering the cost of other apartments in the area. We also have not had any issues with crime or feeling unsafe. Often, one of my dogs will wake me up in the middle of the night (2:00 - 4:00 am) and I have no issues with taking them out at that time. The landscaping could be better, especially toward the side/back of the apartment complex, but that's just visual aesthetic that doesn't have anything to do with my experience with my apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone considering moving here. We've had a great experience.

Worse experience we ever got. They cheated us on deposit refund for $1800. When we left the appartments local representative said we good to go, nothing damaged, no back charges, but when we received our check they cut us for $1800 with no reasons, added there some unreasonable and overpriced fees and back charges, charged us for few extra days and even worse customer service representative wasn't able to explained clearly from where those charges came from... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! EVERYONE-STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

My husband and I have lived in multiple apartments in the Woodstock area over the years and this is one of our favorites. The community is quiet and kept up, we don't often hear our neighbors (we work from home often, so that says something), and any requests for maintenance have gotten a quick response and were easily resolved. We like this community because it has an open feel, and it's an easy distance from all our favorite places in Woodstock. The gym, pool, grill, fire pit, and bocce ball court are all great. The staff is friendly, the trash service is awesome, and we've even borrowed a few of the property's complimentary bikes (with freshly pumped tires) for a nice ride to downtown Woodstock. Nothing but good to say about this apartment!

New leasing staff is better than previous leasing staff. Neutral: Parking isn't scarce, but it isn't plentiful either. I rarely have to park far away, but often times I'll have to park a decent walk away from my apartment entry. Very hit or miss, although I will say that most of the parking spaces are only the minimum size required. Cons: Easy to hear noises above you. I don't believe building sound proofing is up to code; materials maybe, implementation-wise, no. Dog "neutral"--not dog "friendly". Didn't get to see B0 unit (no demo unit apparently) before moving in and was disappointed at the size. No elevators at all. Strict 2-pet limit (with previous leasing staff at least). Balcony floor spacing isn't watertight. Dumpster is far away if you have anything more than what can fit in a trash bag for valet trash service. Contractors left behind lots of paint blemishes and structural mistakes in 906 building since construction was rushed.

The apartment complex and amenities are great, but the staff seems to have their priorities mixed up and operate in a very rigid fashion. When it suits them, they act very quickly to issue violations for minor things, but when a resident has a legitimate issue or concern they take EXTREMELY long to resolve. One of the amenities listed is a dog park, but the construction of it hasn't even started. There are people that have lived here for almost a year with the constant reassurance that the dog park will be built soon, but it keeps getting pushed back. The "dedicated" space for the dog park also seems extremely small. Overall I would NOT recommend unless you can live with the things listed above. Can't wait to move!!!

I put a $ 200.00 Deposit to hold apartment and later someone told me they smoking in side of Apartment but they allow to . That's meant I lost the $ 200.00 staff and manager they don't know what's the rules are they had to call the main office to check... what's business . and better to rent a house bigger and nicer you have a garage and water and trash including rent like owner of house have HOA he paid it. Check it out before you get these small box you live in . P.S. Manager if you had giving me back the $ 200.00 I wouldn't have said this . Thank You for understanding

I just feel like if you don't live in the community and got denied upon to move in that's bias to even leave a comment about living here! i don't see the dog issues but can see if you encounter them how it could be annoying. As far as my knowledge maintenance will arrive asap! never had a problem. Neighbors are nice and everybody minds their own business. The pool and grill area is one of my favorite amenities here. Made my summer great feel like a vacation away from home at home! People are lazy nowadays. The trash and water is very easy to understand. I pay every month. lol Would refer to anyone looking for a nice community, everything is brand new! Would love to renew my lease in march as long as new management keep things underwrap and doesn't go up too much on me!

Read reviews before you sign a lease here. I currently can hear literally every word the person who lives above us is saying. Walls are PAPER THIN. I can hear their tv's, footsteps, music, and even their sneezes (seriously). They advertise as being "pet friendly" when in reality there are 2 doggy bag dispensers and not a single trash can throughout the property so you have to carry dog poop with you the when you walk your dog. They are also discriminatory towards certain breeds and force you to bring your pets for a picture when you first move in to make sure they aren't too pit bull looking. Thank god I just have cats. Front staff is incompetent and have a power complex--get over yourselves, you work in a leasing office. A lot of structural problems in our floor plan, the poor maintenance man has been here 7-8 times in the past month. Doors don't close properly, they don't lock, cracks in the granite, shower curtain poles are just resting and fall down, AC problems, the list goes on. The balconies look like Boy Scouts built them. Only redeeming quality is the location.
