Street parking and within the property parking is available to the tenants. Our home is conveniently located between Los Angeles and in route to Orange County! ~Ten (10) minutes to Downtown Los Angeles / ~Twenty (20) minutes to Orange County. Very accessible to Freeways 5, 710 and 60. Near East LA College, Cal-State LA, USC.
