Decent units for the price (middle of covid, keep that in mind). Walls are thick, floors are paper* thin. Walkable to most things although the ongoing petty crime and aggressive homeless will discourage adventuring out. The complex is kept tidy and the staff have always been great to deal with. Taking one star away due to the area which is unfortunate as its something the heights have little control over. Regardless, having your car broken into in a secured garage with no means or recourse is unfortunate. If the property crime and aggressive homeless decline id give it 4.5 stars if possible.

i did not have the pleasure of renting at the heights, however i was shown a few apartment by Kayla, the manager of the building. She is an amazing resource at this building, and one who takes pride in her work. She was one of 2 leasing managers that really took the time to show me what i needed, and followed through on all my questions.
if you do rent here, i feel like you would be in very good hands, as Kayla is a kind, thorough and sincere professional. but be warned... the roof is the clincher!!! seriously the best view in the city.

We have been living at the heights now for approximately three years and we love it. Many may complain about the noise and such, but please be mindful that we are in one of the most dense and lively neighborhoods in Seattle.
Whenever I have had a problem, they were quick to fix it. Justin is great and so are the managers. They have always been super nice to us. They have a gorgeous rooftop deck and are conveniently located next to a lot of public transit options and restaurants and bars.
I highly recommend the heights on capitol hill!
Great location, great building, great people.
