Hardwood floors, linoleum in the bathroom and washer/dryer area. The unit gets amazing light especially in the summer. A portable air conditioning unit that you are welcome to use as it gets toastier.

The apartment also features a patio deck with a grill and table that is shared with the other units of the multiplex. The apartment is walking distance to Trader Joe's, Zeek's Pizza, Molly Moons, Marina Bakery, Bar Miriam (on of the best new cocktail places in town), and the lovely Ken's Market.

This neighborhood is very safe. It's so close to everything but also tucked away in a quiet suburbia. In recent years the neighborhood seems to have diversified more and it's actually becoming a great place to meet interesting people doing really cool things in the city.
