I like feel when working for a government company that is made to help families in need you have to be at least somewhat caring and driven to help when mistakes are made within the system etc. Professionalism is also important and I feel the staff here is the total opposite. The staff that I've dealt with at the front desk act as if they don't like their jobs and if they don't shouldn't be handling situations of families already going through tough times. If they don't like their employment should have chosen a career that they enjoy. I understand everyone that goes there don't deserve empathy or help because they mess themselves up but there are people who actually do and im sure they can determine that, especially with people that have no history with housing at all. So unprofessional.

One of the receptionist is very hateful she cause me to lose my voucher me and the lady that was going to rent to me went up there to ask a question about how long you get paid after inspection she told the lady 3 months she needs a new job that lady is very hateful she does not greet you with a smile or nothing I pray for her

My experience from walking into the door was awful, the secretary/front desk reps are not any happy campers at all. I picked my number up the yellow card for service then they called me up people that had numbers after my number and I was there before them, they were all need up with that as well not good at all. Then after 30 mins waiting she told me what number of the form I needed to fill out I done so, then upon taking the forms back up to the front desk to be reviewed she tells me I did the paper wrong in filling out so when I asked her what is needed to be corrected she did finally highlight it then told me I'll have to start over with another form, after trying this method 5 times as she says it was still wrong and I did what was said and highlighted upon her say so of interest, by then time I refilled out another form the place was closing and I end up last because of one small ink mark was wrong in which she could of scratched out/white out and it was only a small check mark by the line where child support word was. To me that was rediculous and a whole lot of uneccessary paper that was waisted, and also the get quick attitudes when you're trying to get a better underste of your question to the meaning of there way of answering if you want respect you have to also give respect when due don't make my day be a bad one when you're upset with someone or another individual before me. Your job defines you and if you're not happy with it then leave it's a job dealing with all kinds of nationality be patient and show respect at all times. I would never talk to people the way they do your true colors will show.

I understand that apartments are usually louder than normal, but this one is absurd. After only living here for a few months, my husband and I instantly regret it. Both neighbors on both sides are consistently loud. The walls are so thin, I can hear my neighbors opening closing cabinet doors. The upstairs part of the townhome is so hot, my power bill was over $100 for the first month because I kept turning down the A/C. If I could do it all over again I would NEVER live here. The quality of people here are another questionable situation. Most don't appear to work, hang out all day with their front doors open and let their kids run around the neighbor in diapers. Trust me when I say, there are other nicer apartments for the same price. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Very strange complex in terms of the office and how they deal with residents- pretty unorthodox and not very helpful. Only things they seem to maintain in the apartments are the air filters (sometimes entering the apartment too often for comfort) and whether or not you have anything outside of your apartment (will make your stuff disappear and not say anything). Make sure your INSPECTION is current, otherwise they will tow your vehicle and set you back $150 (as if it should concern them).
