I have been living in this community for almost a year now & I dont think I could ask for a better community. When I first came to view the property, Dominik Eze was working in the front office & he sold me on applying to move in. He was extremely pleasant & helpful. He made sure that I had a very pleasant experience & now that hes moved into a maintenance role its the same A-1 service. This community is amazing! My former community would increase the rates annually but there were never any new amenities to justify the increase. At Century Park Place that is different. I can see the upgrades that they are doing to make it a better place to live. It is what I would call luxury apartment living. I dont plan to go anywhere until Im ready to purchase my own house. 10/10 would recommend!!!

One guy from maintenance, Dominic, was especially helpful when it came down to fixing or replacing things in the apartment. He helped to make my experience there a good one, for sure. I would recommend anyone to move to century park place.

I am moving to the area in a few months and visited Century Park while in town.(Which was 3rd on my list of complexes to visit) So much for my list being numbered. Dominik greeted me, showed me around and even told me about things to do and places to eat in the area. He REALLY sold this place to me! There is construction going on around, but that's to be expected with this area growing. Can't wait to be a resident!! I will update this review after at least 6 months of residency.
