Nice apartments & good location. The building is clean & has a clean trendy look to it. The Vue on3rd is a nice apartment to live in Louisville, with rea good people that live in it & run it.

They deserve negative stars- DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Completely unsafe building, disgusting conditions, elevators never work, homeless people sleep in the lobby constantly, people...

They deserve negative stars- DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Completely unsafe building, disgusting conditions, elevators never work, homeless people sleep in the lobby constantly, people try to break in to your unit, heating and cooling don't work, disgusting laundry, I could literally keep going. I am trying to terminate my lease early because someone literally shot up the building and started fires and every resident had to evacuate!! I went through all the correct legal channels to terminate and they are still saying I owe them money. Not a single person in management is competent, this building is gross and dangerous, and they will try to take money from you just because. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!

This really not a good experience at all the property.the property wasnt clean not even a wipe down I bleached it down once we got there it was late so I had to do it and we just wanted to shower and go to sleep as we had a 8 hour drive in.we pulled out the sofa couch the mattress was disgusting with stains and crumbs on the bed underneath the mattress were stains and a penny stuck to it.I contacted them and had to sleep on the floor until morning.they brought a new mattress and cleaned the couch. I couldnt check in anywhere else they were charge my card for the full amount.i requested my cleaning fee returned and they sated that the house keeper came the next day and cleaned it.all this conversation through messages no one ever called me.dont stay here its not clean and unprofessional.the blinds were dirty and never once was I approached or called by anyone in management only via text or email.one of the worst experiences .pictures to follow.

When I first moved in, I didn't have the most secure feeling in the world. But now we have new management and leasing staff and I couldn't be happier. Issac and everyone else employed by The Vue don't just talk about doing things. They get it done! Now I'm safe, secure and VERY happy to live here.
