1. Two pets per apartment will be accepted. A pet deposit of $150 per pet is required, a pet fee of $350 is required and is a non-refundable petfee. Each animal will incur an additional $15 pet rent per month. 2. The following breeds are restricted from residing at a Hillwood Multi Family Communityregardless of size: Pit Bull or any breed resembling a pit bull terrier, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dalmatian, Doberman (the miniature Doberman Pinscheris an exception), Bullmastiff, Mastiff, Great Dane, Irish Wolfhound, St. Bernard, Sheepdog, Chow Chow, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf, American Eskimo, andBull Terrier. Exotic animals are not allowed. 3. Any terrier related breed must be approved by management by completing an evaluation in the leasing office.4. All residents with pets are required to have a signed animal addendum on file and must submit a veterinarian statement (no more than 6 months old)establishing the general health of the pet, weight, age and the status of all required shots. A photograph of the pet will be required. 5. The only exceptionwould be pets designated as service animals to accompany a resident with a verifiable disability for the specific purpose of aiding that person.
