You will have your own dedicated entrance from the back of the house, allowing for maximum privacy. Whether you choose to work from the built-in desk or just hang out sitting in the comfy recliner and watch a movie, you will feel right at home. Small pets are okay with non-refundable fee.

New carpet, tile, paint, bathroom with luxurious shower fixtures, and two closets. Very clean and thoughtfully furnished. You will find everything from a microwave, toaster, mini refrigerator, coffee pot, iron and ironing board, cleaning supplies, dishes and silverware, corkscrew, pizza cutter, and much more! All utilities are included (electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, and basic WiFi).

You will have your own dedicated entrance and a self-check-in experience. Enter the back of the house using the keypad and another keypad into your room. You also have access to the washer and dryer, newly landscaped backyard, and parking in the driveway. There is a very nice young professional couple as a long-term renter in the Front/Main unit of the house.
