I've lived at a lot of different places, and the maintenance staff here is sameday or next day fast and they fix the issues....
I've lived at a lot of different places, and the maintenance staff here is sameday or next day fast and they fix the issues. Never stayed at a complex where I have had such a fast response time. I've put in a total of maybe 10 work orders or more in year for loose wall sockets, bad circuit board, garbage disposal, shower, water heater, faucet leak, etc. Best maintenance staff ever in my opinion.

The lard behind the desk is absolutely useless. Never gave me my mail key upon moving in. Upon returning my keys she claimed she still did not have it. Her disgusting attitude never leaves. She needs to possibly go back to working in food. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. Everyone in the office has lied to me on numerous occasions for even the simplest concerns. Stole over $800 from me and over charged every month. Does not follow their contract obligations whatsoever even after being asked to correct my apartment that was no where near move in ready.

Absolutely 100% do not recommend. The maintenance of the property is terrible, the place is trashed all the time, the gates haven't worked the entire time I've lived here, my vehicle got broken into, and the shared utilities are ridiculously expensive. They also promise things when you request info online that you don't actually get when you move in (washer/dryer, utilities included in rent costs, etc.) There is also a huge bug problem. I usually spray Raid daily. Don't live here.

I Do No recommend this place AT ALL! The property is beautiful but the staff is very rude and unprofessional. They never followed up with me about my application and barely answered the phone when I called. I honestly think this could be a much better property with all new employees in the office. No one seems to have anything good to say about them or the property. I even called to speak with the manager but whoever I spoke with talked over me to entire time and hung up on my face when I still had questions. Please save your application fees and go elsewhere.
