The office employees are nice. But sometimes no water and trash bin are always stuffed. Recently there has been little parking. Outlets are loose and wont hold in cords. Maintenance is slow. Its an apartment complex. We dont live here because we want to; we live here because we have to.

The staff in the office and maintenance crew are great! They maintain the grounds and we found the neighborhood to be safe and friendly. We were here 1 year and had no issues. The apartments do need updating and you will see bugs here and there. As we have learned bugs are common in Georgia.
I moved here and I have to constantly complain about flooding. Sewage backs up in my unit and I have to clean it myself....
I moved here and I have to constantly complain about flooding. Sewage backs up in my unit and I have to clean it myself. They require you to carry insurance but the insurance doesnt cover flood damages caused by the complex. I will post pictures and emails from my experience with evidence of how my issues where ignored 90 percent of the time! Fixing the plumbing issues the front of my unit 3290 has become a pool for mud just to sit all year round now. Before it was water all year round now its muddy waters. Ive lost so much personal property and during a pandemic and being a small business owner lots of my equipment has been destroyed. It saddens me a place with so much potential can lack when it comes to the support and maintained the property needs!

I heard of these apartments is next to my school they said that its very clean and the manger is not mean or rude the manger is very friendly and helps you when something is not working. they have 3 rooms and 4 rooms not like were i live in my apartments the manger is rude and she doesn't helps at all the manger at the heights at chamblee last time me and my mom went to the office my mom said she needed help and the manger got her things and and she said i don't have time and she walk out of the door the manger at the heights at chamblee is rude and she always lying.
