This fully furnished condominium is located in Orange Blossom Ranch, a 55+ gated community in Zephyrhills. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, an open living room and dining area, plus a Florida room. The appliances include a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, wash machine and dryer. The tenants will have usage of the community pool! Included in the rental price is electricity, water, a dumpster for trash, and lawn care. There is a minimum of a three month lease, with the lease ending no later than October 31st. All tenants must be approved by Century 21 Bill Nye Realty and the association.
