AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available December 1, 2025 - May 15, 2026 only. This rate does not apply to September 2026 - May 2027 rental. Please note, this property does not include Electric in rent, this would become a tenant responsibility and reimbursement would be required for monthly usage.
This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.
STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 2Twin Rollaway.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box.
DESCRIPTION:
This newly renovated 8th floor, two-bedroom two-bathroom condo has all the comforts of home. A large sectional sofa provides a wonderful place to kick back and unwind. The well-equipped kitchen gives the option of cooking home cooked meals but there are many local restaurants within walking distance of this lovely home. The primary bedroom with queen bed has a private bathroom and access to the oceanfront balcony and a private bathroom for added convenience. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and 2 twin-sized rollaway beds located in the closet. There are shared coin laundry rooms on each floor.
*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
