Our experience at Deerbrook was a good one. The apartment complex is charming , clean and well managed. The landscape includes a lot of beautiful established trees and shrubs. The apartment was spacious and because it was on the back of the lot it was private and quiet. Property manager Nick was esp great. Very friendly, helpful and intelligent. During the pandemic it was really hard to meet the neighbors. Would be great to have a community garden there. Wish there was more for families with young children, like a playground. Its about 10 minutes from Smith Creek lake park which has fabulous walking trails and playground. Its fifteen minutes from Wrightsville Beach. Would happily recommend this apartment complex.
We looked at this apartment complex today for our son. Staff member Malcolm was professional and very helpful. Complex seemed quiet and clean when we toured.
