Due to the volume of applications on the waiting list and minimal turnover creating an unreasonable waiting period of at least 3-5 years, the waiting list for HERITAGE POINT APARTMENTS is CLOSED, and we are no longer accepting applications for the waiting list.
The property that once held the First Wyoming Valley Hospital, was developed into 56 modern, affordable housing apartments in 2019. Located in the Rolling Mill Hill section of Wilkes-Barre, Heritage Point Apartments offers 1- 2- and 3-bedroom apartments for all ages.

I have been living here for four years and it used to be a nice place to stay. Typically I have no issues here....
I have been living here for four years and it used to be a nice place to stay. Typically I have no issues here. However lately it's been crazy Because maintenance is barely there, neither is management. We have both the residents and the surrounding neighborhood kids banging on people's doors. It seems like nothing is being done to ensure a peace of mind for people that DO live there and pay rent. More importantly, these adults need to be made aware of their kids and gain control. No one should have to live with being harassed. DO SOMETHING!

This is a very nice neighborhood those Apartment homes were meant for elderly folks !! now there are people sitting in front of the building smoking and selling drugs with no regards its sad to see this Apartment in a nice residential, quiet family oriented neighborhood hopefully it doesnt bring down our property value !!!!

Front office team accommodating and helpful. A very clean surrounding except for people who don't value peace and being neighborly. This is a NON- smoking facility. Parking is open providing everyone follows house policy. This is a hidden treasure if the the right people continues to move in. Always seem to have a few who don't appreciate a good thing. So If you have a hidden agenda, find another place like Sherman Hail/Hell. LOL

A Great management team. Like most public housing, it's hard to weed out the bad eliminate. Pot heads and drug dealer are present and will be delt with. The walls are thin, you can hear other ppl business (kids crying, domestic abuse, music, sex...but this is a far better cry than the other wards of the state. This place is clean, well maintained and has the potential of being a great place to live and raise a family or be around other professional, minus the drugs. Note: subject to change Outlook as dealer/users are evicted.
