Applications will not be seriously considered without the application check fee and income verification. We have been getting a lot of interest in the property, so it will be first come, first served.
Please submit the application along with a Driver's License/State ID and any employment/payroll information to be given serious consideration in evaluating potential tenancy. Private information will not be shared at any time with anyone. All applicants will have to undergo a background check as the final process.
Individual credit is important but will not automatically disqualify applicants and is not the complete determining factor - where the other criteria of the background check will be the major determining factor.
