NO RELOCATIONS - if you are moving from 50 miles or more from the home, I am unable to accommodate you.
ANIMALS - Dogs ok (breed restrictions apply) - no more than 2 for this home (depending on number of residents). Cats are not permitted. Other animals at landlord's discretion. $35 one-time fee and $35 per month per animal.

The SECOND is an INDIVIDUAL SHOWING BEGINNING JULY 1 but that requires COMPLETION OF AT LEAST ONE APPLICATION and PAYMENT OF ONE $50 APPLICATION FEE before scheduling an individual showing at your convenience.
