First month, security deposit (same as first month) and signed lease required for possession. No more than five residents for this home.
NO RELOCATIONS - if you are moving from 50 miles or more from the home, I am unable to accommodate you.
ANIMALS - Dogs ok (breed restrictions apply) - no more than 2 for this home (depending on number of residents). Cats are not permitted. Other animals at landlord's discretion. $35 one-time fee and $35 per month per animal.

The FIRST is through an INVITE ONLY OPEN HOUSES on Saturdays @ 11 am. Please note these are INVITE ONLY so you must have an invitation from me to attend. If you arrive without an invitation, you will not be allowed into the home.
The SECOND is an INDIVIDUAL SHOWING but that requires COMPLETION OF AT LEAST ONE APPLICATION and PAYMENT OF ONE $50 APPLICATION FEE before scheduling an individual showing at your convenience.
