It seems like a lot of the negative reviews are due to a former property manager. I don't have experience with that person, but from living here in 2023, we have had a wonderful experience with David, from move in to now. He is both kind and responsive, and we love of our apartment and its location. So far so good!

Hannah was extremely communicative and friendly before and during our tour of the community. Fantastic location and very well-made units. The one bedrooms are surprisingly large. She was also upfront about some construction just north of the property prior to use arriving -- which was really appreciated. We had to pass on the units that she showed us but will be keeping an eye on other openings that may happen.

I didn't have any major issues living there. It's pretty good value for an apartment in West Hollywood. I would say give them a look if you are needing to be in the area.

I got a good deal here on an apartment. They offered me a special, which really brought the rent down. My favorite things about this place is the amazing view from my balcony (especially at night), and how close it was to my work. Traffic is bad, so I was able to walk to work each day, which was perfect. The gym looked nice, however, I didn't use it much. I loved my wine fridge in my apartment. All in all, Element WeHo was a great place to live for me.

I used to live at Element WeHo a few years back. I just went to visit my friend who still lives there, and thought I should write a review, reflecting on my experience. I enjoyed the high end feel of my apartment. The amenities are top notch. The manager was kind and helped me out with any maintenance issues that came up while I lived there. Living in West Hollywood is chaotic, but I did like coming home to my peaceful apartment. It was a pretty cool experience living there. It was my first time in a high end luxury apartment. I would recommend anyone looking for the West Hollywood experience to live there even if it is for a year.

Had a great experience there, management was great, Hannah was very helpful and so was the handy man. Perfect spot in West Hollywood, if you ask me. Really loved my apartment. I miss the amazing kitchen, and pool. My husband worked down the street so it was very convenient for us, and I worked from home. I loved my top floor apartment. I will only have good memories of our stay at Element WeHo.
