Living here is like living in hell! Terrible management & maintenance. You would be wise to avoid even considering living at this sure hellhole. Filthy carpet & nothing was working in my unit. Not gonna go into details with what I have to go through with these people since Im still currently living here.The choice is yours if you like to go back & forth with management then this is the perfect place for you

Competitive rental rates for the area, although the price can quickly go up with add-ons (i.e., garage, pets). Nice quiet spot with quick access to the interstate highway and Valley West Mall. Maintenance responds quickly, are professional, and friendly.
Property management staff are friendly and responsive to my issues whenever I talk to them. However, they seem overwhelmed at times, probably because they are managing more than this complex. Also, their office is located at Colonial Village, one of their other properties down the road. I've found that it's better to schedule an appointment with them.
Parking can be an issue. Some overflow parking is available on the roadway leading out of the property. I've had to park farther away before, but I never had to leave the area altogether to find parking.
Overall, it's a great spot. My complaints are fairly minor compared to the benefits of living here (going on 1+ years).
