Ive now been here a year and a half and plan on staying for a while longer. I just wanted to update my review regarding the property and staff. The results of their continuous work is amazing. The transition has been extremely impressive and Im sure its been exhausting for all the employees here as well, from the front office to the maintenance and all the vendors. They have every option available to make sure you have accurate and timely payments. Your monthly statement always reflects current amount due which includes water, sewer and trash removal in a complete breakdown as well. No hidden fees there and no shock when I pay. Plus, its not outrageously costly. Absolutely love the on line payment system. You get a paper statement and an on line statement that reflects all of it. Just received new windows this month and maintenance were in at the end of installation to make sure the job was completed at 100%, great team there. Thanks guys!! The entire parking lot was redone again. There is continuous renovations going on in the vacant units as well from cabinets, flooring, doors and entry ways. The hallways are being renovated in both buildings as well. Grounds are being kept up daily, even we go out and pick up trash around the area too. I wish others would realize that this is community living and show some respect for where we live. Thats changing slowly too with the arrival of newer tenants. Bridget has done an amazing job in managing the property. She has a keen sense on creating a clean, safe and well maintained home atmosphere. Whether its for a long time resident or a new occupant she is very fair and knowledgeable. Thank you too!! My recommendation is if youre looking for a place that people care and work hard to create this type of living , apply. Its looking good guys!

Ive been here a year. The apartment is a nice size for 2 bedrooms. Initially, a lot of problems with getting ANY resolution regarding repairs or dealing with the office staff. Several have come and gone. As with any business there are issues and concerns but its how its eventually dealt with that matters. I had in depth conversations with a few of them and they are aware of how things had been handled. There has been another change within the office and some new maintenance men. I have actually seen the progress. The hallways are being cleaned weekly, over grown bushes removed. Parking lot was completely re done. They have been on top of the snow and ice removal too. Several work orders I entered again were addressed, immediately. An extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable gentleman was here and completed out what could be taken care of at that moment. Fingers crossed the rest are addressed as well. I am aware of other upgrades that will be happening in the near future. I did re sign my lease for another year. The new office staff and maintenance crew are not aware of each individual problem but they are making the attempt to fix it. I am looking forward to see the changes in the property. I was a home owner for decades and decided to live the apartment life so I didnt have to shovel, repair anything, cut grass and in general not have those things looming over me. Definitely not for everyone. Another huge bonus for me, I set up my account on line and do my payment through there. They also have an option for individuals to get a card and go into a bill pay center to pay there too to avoid late payments and fees. Also, old school way- drop box for a check or walk in with your check. If need be, Ill edit for any updates in the future.
