Appearantly I got here after all the problems ended. Management fixes any personal (in-apartment) problems immediately (didn't have any major issues, only small concerns.) Property manager Riley is awesome, kind and understanding. They gave ample, all appropriate notices for building maintenance and they fix even major building-wide issues immediately.

I personally like Lincoln Manor Apartments. It has come along way within just a month of getting new management. It is now clean and little maintenance problems are now being fixed! It is shaping up for a turn around. It just needed a better manager to be honest. I like it because it is quiet and I feel safe here. I have NEVER seen anyone looking shady by cars or stealing things while here as stated in other reviews. Also, to address another review, none of my packages have been stolen ( And I have at least 5 packages sent here a week). Sounds like people are just ragging on them (probably for not paying rent, being a bad tenant, and getting evicted, etc). They have always been responsive to my maintenance requests and have done so in a timely manner! The maintenance guys are very friendly and are willing to help out. All in all, I like living here! I'm 24, and there's a good mix of tenants young and old! So, you can always connect with someone here!

If your looking for a nice safe and quiet place to live then look no further. The building feels really homey with really good cooling and heating. With recently updated security cameras and we'll maintained utilities, it makes for a great place to live along with thick soundproof walls to make you feel at home. The other tenants are very welcoming and a pleasant.
