Hi! My name is Lucas, a 22-year-old working professional, college graduate, looking for one male housemate to share a townhouse in Virginia Beach. I am looking for a quiet but friendly housemate. I am introverted. Looking for like-minded individuals. There will be four guys in this house, and we have currently filled three of the rooms (one guy is a 19-year-old welder, and the other is a 20-year-old Home Depot worker, and then me). Three guys will share the upstairs full bath, but there is also a half bath downstairs. The house is partially furnished with a couch, kitchen table, and chairs that were given to me, but if you have nicer furniture, you can bring it. My parents own this house and provide individual leases, so you will only be responsible for your rent. Background check required and one month’s rent deposit.
House rules: no overnight guests, no drugs, no vaping or smoking, and keep common spaces clean.
$700/mo 2nd floor first bedroom to the left of the stairs with shared hallway bathroom (three tenants share this bathroom, but there is a ½ bath downstairs they can also use to get ready)- street parking
An additional flat $100 fee for all utilities will be charged per month per tenant. All set up utility charges, and the router will be included in the rent and flat utility fee.

Ample storage throughout. Closets are in all bedrooms except the downstairs bedroom. There is an upstairs hall full bath, and a half bath downstairs. Downstairs, there is a large living room/dining room area. The kitchen has a space for a kitchen table. Shed on the patio. A washer and dryer are provided. Two cars can fit in the private driveway (designated for the tenant in the master bedroom and the tenant upstairs in the first bedroom to the left of the stairs), and there is street parking close by as well for guests and the tenant in the downstairs bedroom and the tenant in the second bedroom on the left of the stairs. 7-minute drive to Interstate 264. 11-minute drive to Town Center. Food Lion is a 5-minute drive as well as a new 7/11. 23-minute walk to the closest bus stop: Witchduck & Ruritan. Parliament Village- 13-minute drive to Tidewater Community College, Virginia Beach. There is a park nearby with a playground. We will do a formal background check, including references. We will call references and verify rental history and income. Locks are on the bedroom doors for security and privacy.
