I am new to this residence and i just wanted to say that my move in experience have been nothing short of fantastic. The person that has assisted me was Morgan LeTellier. She made sure that my move in experience was nothing short of smooth and efficient. Furthermore, I also wanted to say that i had a lot of questions about the apartment complex and how to navigate their website to pay rent. Morgan kindly answered all of the questions i had. I also wanted to point out that so far the maintenance crew is very fast to answer service tickets. The first time i put in a request they came the same day to fix my issues. So i am very satisfied with the service so far. The complex is in a great area that makes it very convenient to get access to the metro and the mosaic district. There are also other nice restaurants to eat by the metro as well. The complex lets you now of food trucks that stop by in the area as well which is nice. The amenities are cool, though i wish the pool was bigger but you cant have everything you want sometimes. i think the units themselves are nice as well. I do wish it was all one building instead of two, but its not too bad to deal with. overall i like my decision to move here. i hope that my experience continues the way it has for the duration of my stay. My experience moving in here was incredibly simple and intuitive. The staff was wonderful and the concierge Kimberly was more than helpful with any issues I had and very quickly resolved all of them while keeping a smile on her face! She was great both during applying for an apt. and during my time as a resident. Jose was also very generous and efficient while assisting me with minor issues that were in my apt. after moving in!

I've been here at the Rockwell building since Feb 2018. If I could insert 10 stars, I would! ALL the staff here has gone above and beyond. Each leasing agent and concierge personnel has assisted me with anything I needed. My maintenance requests have been fixed in less than a day sometimes. There is something hosted for us residents ALL the time. Pool party w/ DJ, Wine Wed, local Vendors in the lobby. The building is Super Pet friendly all day everyday. It will be difficult to leave this place when the time comes. I haven't rented in years and was nervous with my work relocation- but Avalon has been the absolute best landing place!
