I just want to say that Autumn Woods has drastically improved since Dani took over! There are issues as with any complex, but she actually cares and addresses the issues and concerns. I feel safe here especially since she put up security cameras and additional outdoor lights. I have been at apartments with bed bug and roach problems but here with the monthly mandatory pest control, we don't even see spiders or mosquitoes inside!! I am so thankful.

Ii have lived at Autumn woods for almost 2 months. I love it, the apt comes with a fireplace and all updated appliances. Danni the office manager is amazing! She is so personable and committed to ensuring all needs are met. She never rushes me off but listens to whatever I have to say. I am thankful to have found this lil gem.

Im new to the community and absolutely love living here. Compared to other places I have lived, it is quiet, kid friendly which I needed and feels safe. We are all respectful of each other as neighbors and thats a plus. The Property Manager here is super kind and respectful. Any questions I had or issues were usually handled the same day if not the next. I love the atmosphere she has created here. She updates us on whats happening and her expectations for us as a community and that we keep our community clean and to take pride in it staying safe, especially with little ones playing outside. I in a way feel like it is a small family community here and that is a blessing. My children and I enjoy calling this place home.

Let me start by jumping on the Dani bandwagon, all the reviews you see about how amazing the office manager, Dani, is are ALL TRUE. She has been a literal godsend for me and my family. We were coming from Vista Shadow Mountain apartments, the ones that were declared uninhabitable and eventually condemned, everything happened really quick and we had less than a week to find a place to live. I have 3 babies and was beside myself looking for someplace safe and clean for us to go. I had just finished looking at a few of the complexes near autumn woods and was beyond discouraged when I stumbled upon the hidden gem known as Autumn Woods. I went in, honestly pretty frantic, and Dani just put my worries at ease. She got us approved and had her wonderful maintenance team get to work on a unit that wasnt supposed to be ready in time for when I needed to move in, and just went above and beyond to help me. The apartments are clean, have monthly mandatory exterminator sprays (which I love), and when something comes up and maintenance is needed, they are prompt and you can count on them to resolve the issue. I feel safe in the complex at any time, day or night. Dani seems to be very selective of her tenants because Im not kidding when I say everyone is so nice and seems to look out for each other. I could not have made a better choice to randomly turn into autumn woods apartment complex a year ago. Thank you for everything Dani!
