Today marks the one month anniversary of our new community manager Elda! In just one month, she has brought in so many improvements to the property and atmosphere at La Hacienda. For example, she has brought in brand new washers and dryers, renovated and reopened our fitness center, enforced patio decor policies to beautify our real estate, expedited maintenance requests, implemented a mass text announcement system for easier communication, and helped me and my husband transfer our lease to a bigger apartment speedily, easily & affordably. She has an open door policy which makes her extra accessible to answer questions and help tenants. She truly cares about your experience and does everything in her power to make sure you are satisfied in your housing needs!
I've lived here for over 5 years.It's safe, clean & quiet.The pool,gym,& laundry facilities have all been renovated.It's pet friendly.If there's an issue, they respond quickly & fix it.

To anyone reading this, please, PLEASE, do not waste your time with this place. I did today so you don't have to.
The office hours are hideously inaccurate, but their website will still allow you to schedule a tour even when they aren't open. I did this and when I showed up, someone was in the office but refused to help me, even though I came clear across town to be there. I told her that the website and hours are messed up but she didn't care, neither about that nor the fact that I came a long way. I told her that this was terrible customer service, and as a result I will never live there and never give them my business, to which she seemed unfazed, and then I just said I would write them a bad review, to which she simply said, "Okay."
They are basically asking us to write bad reviews, and here is mine, just as promised. Don't move here people, please don't even try. But from what I can see many other people agree with me as well, so let's keep it going, so maybe then they'll get the message.
