I have lived here since Oct. 2021, first in a one bdrm then recently with a roommate in a two bdrm. Let me just say, Traci, in the leasing office is the most incredible, friendly and wonderful person! She will absolutely bend over backwards to make you happy.. as well as jump through hoops of fire to make sure you are! Luis, in maintenance, is an awesome addition to this team and we love and appreciate all of his hard work! He's the best! Saulo, also terrific, and a most welcome fans to see around the community.
Kept immaculately clean and the food trucks are a lovely treat when we have them. The landscaping is well kept, trash is organized, neighbors are friendly and helpful and we are so happy to live here! Highly recommend Avalon to anyone looking for a beautiful place to call home.

I love this apartment complex. The management and workers are very friendly and helpful. Traci is always a delight to talk to and is on top of anything you bring to her attention. Duran is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. You can tell that these people care about their jobs and it makes it nice to be apart of.

This may sound like a paid promotion but its not. My family and I have lived here a year and half and have re-signed another lease. After our first lease was nearing an end we looked around and saw places that were newer and less expensive. BUT, we chose to stay here, and never regretted the decision. BOTTOMLINE : Avalon TO has what others cant deliver, a real home / community environment! Amenities (Fitness Center, BBQ, Pool and Spa) that are well kept, accessible and enjoyable to use. The site is well designed with ample landscaping and thoughtfully places units, so its less sterile than some of the newer places. Lastly, we know our neighbors and they know us. We actually made lasting relationships with the tenants here even after some have moved away. We do want home ownership, and while we work towards that goal, ATO makes it a comfortable stay.
