The maintenance team at the Eaves in Thousand Oaks are the best! I submitted a request for a leaky water heater and they immediately came out to replace it. Jesus and Duran came in replaced the old water heater with a new one in a timely manner. They did a great job! They were in and out in no time with no interruptions with my water usage. Im glad to be a resident with such an awesome team!

I looked at 3 or 4 apartment complexes in the area and found Eaves to have the best options for apartment floor plans, locations, options and price hands down! What made the experience the best I have ever had was the staff. Traci made the entire application and approval process happen in 1-day! She responds to phone and emails immediately which is absolutely critical when going thru a process like this. Best experience ever with apartment living!
