I believe that I have toured every student housing possible. Its been hard to find something as clean and nice as Rise appears to be. The amenities are a plus and the students living there all seem be very happy.
Aidan gave me the tour. I don't know how he had so much patience with me. He was truly the most patient, professional employee that I have run across in a very long time. I really like what Rise has to offer but my true reason for signing was the customer service that Aidan gave me for two days.
I will return with reviews about living at Rise once I move in.
As for now, I just wanted to thank Aidan for such great customer service.
Aidan, thank you for your patience with my indecisiveness of signing and entertaining my countless amount of questions. Wish I had waited for the gift card. Regardless, I will continue to recommend Rise on Apache. Thank You Aidan!

My roommate and I were given a tour by Aidan and Shelby and it was a great experience. Both of them were very helpful, friendly, and informative whenever we had specific questions. We had been looking for available 2-person rooms for a long time and luckily RISE had plenty of options for us to choose from. They are very organized and upfront. We came back the next day to sign our lease and Aidan was there and ready to help us through the process. Overall, great experience, great staff, and highly recommend to any second, third, or fourth year students looking for a place to stay that is close to campus!

Just had a great experience with Shelby in the management office. This building is well run and the initial building kinks have all been worked out.
Yes, there were issues in the beginning when the building first opened in 2017, but theyve all been fixed, the staff is dedicated to making Rise a happy and safe home for its tenants.
The building leaders hold fun activities, host several food giveaways, and create cool contests, and I can highly recommend this building versus the others along E Apache Blvd.
Read all of the reviews, but pay attention to when they were written, things are really good now, Shelby was excellent, and you shouldnt hesitate to live here.
