Ms. Phillips made that decision very easy for me. Her knowledge of the apartments and apartment complex is outstanding. I really, REALLY like living here! I honestly cant say enough good things about it.
1) The office staff are seriously great
2) Maintenance is easy to request through an app and theyre quick and they fix it the first time
3) The amenities are ALWAYS in tip-top shape (and there are seriously so many amenities - a soccer & track field, a mini golf course, a volleyball pit, a gym & sauna, 3 dog parks, 4 pools, package lockers, like 3 or 4 laundry rooms)
4) You can pay rent using an app that pays your rent upfront and then charges you half on the first and half later in the month
5) The location is not crazy busy, but is also very safe and neutral and right in the center of grocery stores, Tempe Marketplace, and Mill Ave
I read ALL of the bad reviews several times before completing my application. I actually didnt even tour any units before I moved in. And now I genuinely could not be happier that I clicked submit and signed this lease. I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone!

Recently moved in, so far so good. Reviews almost scared me away, to this point very happy I chose Onnix.
Amenities are Clean, Extra Parking, Well Landscaped, Positive Customer Service, Great Location. Will update as needed but after a few weeks I am more than satisfied, especially considering the size/date built of complex.
