Newly updated apartments - super nice. No issues while living here. Damon is the absolute best maintenance man I have ever had, he will make sure your issues are resolved correctly and if you ever see him around the complex he will smile and wave/stop by to chat. I am only taking 1 star off because unfortunately you cannot get your packages outside of office hours so it is really inconvenient if you are on the same work schedule as office hours. Also the gates were broken half of the time and the car wash amenity never worked. The gym is also quite small so would be nice to have a bigger gym/more equipment. Overall it is a quiet and calm community that is recently updated.

The staff is absolutely amazing ! Darren, Rhonda and Michelle are the sweetest !! Have taken great care of us always ! They help out in everyway possible! Marco, Damon, and Wayne are incredible !!!!!!!!!!!! BEST STAFF EVER!!!! Always friendly and always work hard to resolve any maintenance concerns!! The staff at Rocky Creek are hard workers they deserve to always be well taken care of! We enjoy having them!

I am not a resident of this property but I am a contractor who's has been doing work here for the last 6 years. I'm with Piper Fire Protection and we preform there fire extinguisher inspection each year. Darren the manager and his staff are one of the best office and maintenance personnel I have the pleasure of working with. They are very good at what they do and they work hard at making sure I have everything I need to take care of there needs. I do alot of complexes like this, as you can probably guess, and this is a very clean and well kept community. I hope I get to work with them for many years to come. Thank you for all your hard work Darren and staff of Rocky Creek!!
