I moved in six months ago. I enjoy living here.i have not seen one bug. Maintenance has been there each time. Neighbors could be more considerate with noise but at least it is during day hours

Worst place to live! My bf has had his ac leaking for a month now. They have yet to fix it and now due to water sitting for a month the floor is caving in and is full of mold. The property manager is useless and always gives him the run around on when it will be fixed. He attempts to call the office and gets voicemail, and when he tries to physically go to the office there is always a sign stating a time they will be back and they will sometimes not return at all that day. I have other friends . the complex who have had to have their apt moved two times in a year due to the floors caving in so it isn't just my boyfriends unit. Pest control comes when they want which has led to us having to pay out of pocket for insecticides to kill an ant infestation that happens every month or so due to the colonies being below the apt. But wait, its not just ant colonies under the buildings. The apartment complex is over ran by stray cats and the cats go under the buildings to die making all the apts in the building smell like dead animal and all of these issues have been reported and nothing is ever done. BEWARE
