The area is nice, the apartments are old they were built in 1981 I don't think the rent $ is actually fair being that the apartments are old but it's all about location so if we think that way is fair. Staff, and maintenance are great! I love the staff always friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you! Especially Mr.Agustin ! I rate it 5 star because of the staff and how quickly they have serviced me in my transition of relocating to this area! Good area to live!

Called today on a Monday to inquire and nobody is there also visited and was told by maintenance the leasing person isn't here. Smh it's Monday!

I loved living there, management was great if anything needed to be fixed they were right on it, only reason I moved was because I needed more space and candlewood 1 only had 1 bedrooms, I think people are getting candlewood 1 confused with candlewood 2 which is located exactly next to it.
I lived there it is nasty and full of mold and termites and they will do nothing to fix any of the problems there...

The only reason why you would consider renting from this place should be because homelessness is your ONLY other option. Candlewood is full of toxic loud people which tells you a lot about the qualifications you need to rent there (NONE). The place looks somewhat decent from the outside, but the inside of their units it's horrible. They have no security whatsoever, and the police is a frequent visitor because of the disturbances between neighbors. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.
