Over the past year Lantower has been amazing! Maintenance responds extremely quickly, everything is super clean and safe. The community is awesome and they offer great food trucks and events. The reason for 4 starts is because I am very frustrated with the experience of finding out renewal lease information, and am unsure what is going on. At Lantower, like most places, you need to give a 60 day notice if you are staying or leaving your unit. Well, I need to let them know this in the next 2 weeks yet I have not been given any information about the new lease agreement. I have asked three times and have been told it will come the next day. We would have loved to stay at Lantower another year, but this lack of information with how much our rent will be increasing makes it nearly impossible.

I lived at Lantower Westshore for the last 18 months and had a great experience. Maggie at the front desk was super helpful when I was moving in and was always there to answer any of my questions during my stay. The maintenace crew always came right away. The apartment is made out of concrete so you can barely hear any surrounding neighbors which was a huge plus. CONS: Even though you can't hear your neighbors through the walls, you can hear EVERYTHING through the windows. If you are going to live here, I recommend that you do not live on the side facing the power plant/Millennium Apartments. There is constant construction at Millennium and the fire alarm goes off 2-3 times a week and random time throughout the night. Also, the Millennium garbage truck comes almost on a daily basis, and it is the loudest, most annoying sound to wake up to at 7:00am or have during zoom calls throughout the afternoon. I work from home, and this was not ideal to have to listen to everyday, multiple times a day. Also, the gym is great. Very large and have lots of equipment but is never clean. Hair is all over the floor and the wipes/spray are never refilled. Overall had a good experience and most of my cons are really outside the control of Lantower. I would just really suggest having your apartment face in towards the courtyard/pool area.

I been living in this apartment complex for 3 years my experience has been the best they always amuse me with everything that they do the buildings are always clean the leasing staff is very helpful from the property manager to the assistant manager to the leasing agent the maintenance staff is amazing from the maintenance supervisor to the tags always greet you when they see you and is amazing hospitality this building is very well-kept by the property manager staff and the maintenance staff the parking is amazing grounds are always well kept no noise elevators are always clean I will recommend this place to anybody me and my wife are very happy to live here

Absolutely impressed with it here! It has been the best decision Ive made staying here. The staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. I love the variety of amenities available as well as the views from the building. Its been such an easy transition that I had to write a review. I highly recommend it here.
