Responsibilities: As a responsible tenant, you'll take charge of utilities including electricity, water, cable services, and housekeeper services. Additionally, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the house is part of your role. This entails tasks such as changing air filters, changing burned lamps, addressing minor plumbing issues, and managing the garbage disposal unit.
Security and Care: Rest assured, your security deposit will serve as a safeguard for any post-rental utility bills and ensure the pristine condition of the property. Please note that a pet cleaning fee of USD $300.00 will be deducted from the deposit should you be bringing furry companions along.
House Rules: In fostering a harmonious community, this is a non-smoking environment. We kindly request that you refrain from hosting loud parties and maintain quiet hours from 9 pm to 9 am daily, respecting the tranquility of the neighbors and the area.
Occupancy and Additional Guests: The property is designed for a maximum occupancy of 6 individuals. If you wish to accommodate additional live-in guests, a fee of USD 400.00 per month, per live-in guest, will apply to your monthly rent.
