Eagle Pointe Creek (formerly The Estates of Genesee Valley) is a mobile home park / manufactured housing community located in beautiful Swartz Creek, MI. We are well located on the east side of Elms Road, just south of Miller Road. The entrance ramp to I-69 is right around the corner on Miller Road. Bishop Airport, General Motors, Genesee Valley Mall and surrounding shopping area, ITT Tech and tons of restaurants are all located within a couple mile drive. Kroger, McDonalds, Arbys, Taco Bell, Financial Plus Federal Credit Union and Family Farm and Fleet are located immediately on the corner of Miller and Elms approximately 1/2 mile from the community.
Homes in Eagle Pointe Creek are available for sale and lease. For those wishing to purchase homes, financing is available through 21st Mortgage Corp., the largest mobile home lender in the country.
Eagle Pointe Creek is located in the Swartz Creek School District with bus transportation picking up and dropping off in the community.

Filled with bed bugs at least 4 homes infested drugs and other unlawful things going on in park. Check with police before moving in
They need alot of work on there roads there and manage it better to.!

She has made some good friends since being there and the boys like it. The manager has his hands full bringing the park up to what it could be and so far I Think he's doing a good job.

They pick and choice who they want to give a wright up. or choice who they want to chase through the park because someone music is loud in the car. The owner wont fix the roads the back of the park is the worst its not pothole its more creators than anything your whole car will sink right into the hole. The owner doesnt care bout fixing any of these roads they bring in trailers and never put them together they are in bad condition. Please save your self money and dont move in this place. You will spend more money on fixing your vechiels than paying for your place.

road not maintained at all, severe damage to car while just driving through park. owners should pay for damage to suspension , tires parts of car under neath. many trailers in poor condition, not put together,in disrepair. owners should make funds available to fix damage to cars that drive through park by tenents,visitors and potential(not likely to apply with the conditions that have been this way for well over a year. put up signs drive through here at risk, we are not considerate of our tenets,visitors nor potential tenents.
