Its a great place to live. The amenities are some of the best in Stillwater. The pool is by far the best in Stillwater and Ive been to almost all of them in town. The application process is pretty easy, but it can have some hiccups. The front office staff are incredibly helpful and will work with any issues you have. They really try their hardest to get everybody a home in the community. All in all, great place, phenomenal staff, and some of the best communication and maintenance youll see out of any community in town.

I started leasing here when the property was still considered to be Aspen Heights. Within three years, we went from Aspen Heights to Stillwater Student Living to now Cottage Row. I can say that the management under Aspen Heights included many more community events such as live music and DJs and other events than the other two. Maintenance is slow which resulted in my roommate and I to do most of the repairs and such (basic maintenance). The new management at Cottage Row has made lots of big talk of change that will be reflected in higher rent with no real results to speak of. Utilities have skyrocketed (and yes I understand the inflation of these is reflected as well) and there are times I am paying 200 on top of my rent. And thats 200 a person. I live in a 3-bed with one roommate. The homes are cheaply built, hardly any insulation to speak of, and the wiring of these homes are not optimal. Many of the supposed repairs and maintenance are scab jobs at best. Despite all of that, no real crime to speak of. I left my doors unlocked for most of the time here and thats including the main doors. Friendly neighbors and residents.

Cottage row has really nice facilities but the process to get here has been difficult. Most of the people working in the office are nice but they dont know much about whats going on with leases and certain things. Communication can be a little rough but they are good about calling you about some things. Overall though, Im glad to be here!

While the overall amenities and housing is quite phenomenal there are quite a couple issues that make the facility not as advertised. The hot tub and pool were closed for almost 3/4 of the year. The movie theater bulb hasn't been replaced and is dimmed beyond belief. The house is while quite large and very spacious costs a lot of electricity and water to keep a decent temperature during the summer and winter.

The rooms are really nice and spacious, with a nice kitchen and living area as well. Most problems can be resolved pretty quickly with maintenance and the front office but sometimes you will have some issues coordinating things. Overall Its the best place I have rented/leased!
