The staff here is so amazing to work with! They are so detailed, kind, and organized, making check-in procedures a breeze. They are extremely prompt in handling any maintenance requests. Their clubhouse is super cute with nice amenities. I really love the ample cupboard space in the kitchen, and having my own bathroom is such a perk!

I lived here from early January of 2022 until end of April, 2022. The apartment itself was great value for the price, but wow, does this place want to bleed every penny they possibly can from you. Rent in and of itself is cheap, but moving out they're charging me over $100 in extraneous fees, like $10 for "small trash bag removal". Seriously? They also do "quarterly inspections" under the guise that they want to check if you need maintenance done...yeah no. They are looking for anything and everything you could be doing to violate your lease in the meantime, so that they can charge you. It feels very invasive, and as if you are living in the dorms anyway with RAs coming to do "room checks". I will also say that if you want to move here, do so with people who you know you will be comfortable living with. The management here will do the bare minimum in helping you should your relationship with your roommates turn sour, even if you feel you are in an unsafe situation. The amenity spaces are nice, the day to day office staff are all really kind and helpful. But if you are trying to save money and see the price tag on these apartments as very low, be aware they are out for your money, and really do not care about your personal or life circumstances.

Don't let the star rating on google fool you. Pavilion on Berry is all that you can ask for as a U of M student. Close to the light rails, at walking distance from the Fresh Thyme market, excellent amenities and a well equipped fitness room, all that within a reasonable rent. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the additional perks of staying here is the free lunches from time to time they arrange for several events. Moreover, during winter the snow is regularly removed from the sidewalks and streets ( I can't stress enough how important it is in Minnesota). The maintenance requests are also taken care of very swiftly. Over all you won't regret staying here if not fall in love with this place.

I moved in at the beginning of this year. I am so happy with my decision! I have had no issues with noise or disrespect from neighbors. They keep the place very clean. Maintenance is taken care of right away, for even the smallest things. The office staff is fabulous! They take amazing care of everything! The location is prime and with the train only a block away, you can make it to either downtown in 30 minutes or less. I already signed my lease for next year. I couldnt ask for a better place.
