We moved in recently and I can say it has been so far, so good. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. Our requests for repairs were promptly responded to and it seems like an all around good community of people. The price is higher than a lot of other apartment complexes, but you truly get what you pay for with amenities that are some of the best around, town homes (or apartments) that are well designed and a great surrounding area with lots of shopping, restaurants and other businesses.
Great location and community to live in. They really care about their residents and go out of their way to make it feel like home.

Sandra, Chelle, Allison and Jeanette work exceptionally hard to keep the Whispering Hills community so well maintained. We moved from New York and they made us feel very welcome from the beginning and have worked with us to make sure our time here has been enjoyable.
Maintenance staff has been excellent at getting all the repairs done that weve needed. They usually come within 24 hours of me putting in a request.
The amenities are great. The gym has decent equipment and the pool is by far one of the best Ive seen in the area. My kids really enjoy spending time in the pool.
The unit that we have gets plenty of sunlight, which I love. The carpeted floors are great for my little ones to roll around on when they please.
The valet garbage pick up service is convenient as we just need to make sure our garbage is outside our door every morning and it gets picked up for us that morning.
There are also some nice community events throughout the year for the residents (including kid-friendly ones), which we have enjoyed.
We just extended our lease and are excited to spend more time in this wonderful community.

I believe it used to be a nice place but is seriously run down now. The managers have to spend all of their time attempting to clear abandoned vehicles off the property but they are not effective at it. Most of the units have 7-8 people all living together in them (even the small ones). If you're not a smoker you will not be happy here. Somehow the smell of cigarettes from my neighbors saturated my apartment and furniture. One of the worst parts of living here is that they've been switching to hardwood floors and with the walls being so thin, I can literally hear every step someone takes in the unit above and beside me (in fact as I'm typing this I can tell that the person above me just walked into their bathroom and closed they door). Not a complaint but something that's worth sharing is that this is a very large LGBT community, so they are very open and inclusive which is great, and they host lots of these group events in the clubhouse. Again, I don't have a problem with this at all, it's just something that will catch a new person off guard of they didn't know that they were moving into a transgender community (even one of the assistant mgrs is transgender).

The property was well maintained, it was great for young adults and families alike, very safe, great for owning a dog with the nice dog park, and the office staff was so friendly and helpful. If we ever returned to St. Louis, Whispering Hills would be first on our list of where to live!

I had such a great experience with Whispering Hills! Being new to STL, this complex was perfect for me. It was incredibly safe, quiet, well maintained, customer service was excellent, maintenance staff promptly responded upon any issues, and they were always hosting a variety of events for the families and tenants. I highly recommend this complex for anyone who is living alone or for those with families!

Recently relocated to St. Louis and was extremely pleased with the amenability of the management staff. Sandra was fantastic when it came to correspondence, helping us have our cars delivered and letting a cleaning service in prior to us even making it our to Saint Louis. The community is very friendly and kid friendly. We are glad to choose Whispering Hills to start our new life in St. Louis.

I have lived here for a little over two years and would recommend this complex to anybody. The management and maintenance staff is unparalleled in my renting experience. All maintenance requests were responded to within 24 hours and the management staff were always friendly and helpful. It seems as though the grounds were always being worked on or improved upon in some way shape or form showing that the complex cares about keeping the grounds in top shape.
The location of the complex in Creve Coeur is great. Grocery stores, restaurants, movies and shopping are all within a few minutes. Also, the complex has maintained an impressive aura of seclusion less than half a mile from the busy street of Olive Blvd. The amenities of the apartment complex are also some of the best I have ever experienced. A six lane indoor pool, outdoor pool, the best apartment workout room I have ever seen, a dog park with two sections and a large and luxurious clubhouse.

My family and I lived in Whispering Hills Apts and Townhomes for several years, and we loved our time there! The complex offered so many activities from swimming at the indoor and outdoor pools to exercising in the fitness center to playing at the playground with our children. There were also many special events that occurred throughout the year including Breakfast with Santa, a summer pool party, an Easter Egg Hunt, wine tasting, and a community yard sale. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and they made a point to really get to know our family. If there ever was a maintenance issue, it was always fixed promptly. The surrounding area is also great and is close to stores, restaurants, movie theaters, and more. We loved our time at Whispering Hills and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We recently moved out of Whispering Hills as we bought a house. Our time there was wonderful. We found that the office staff (Chelle and Sandra) and the maintenance team were always very responsive. If we called or e-mailed with a question, we had a response back within a very short amount of time. While there, we had an issue with our electric meter. When Ameren was brought in as the meter needed to be replaced, Ameren claimed it would be weeks before they could get it done. We have never seen people go to bat like the maintenance and office team did. They made certain the work was done in one day and we were never inconvenienced. How they pulled that off, to this day, we don't know, but we were (and still are) so thankful to them. If ever we were to look to go back to renting, Whispering Hills (providing Chelle and Sandra were still there) would be our first choice.

I've been at Whispering Hills for a year now, and I have had much contact with the office; specifically Sondra. And I can tell you, without any doubt, Sondra is one of the kindest, sweetest women I've ever encountered; always willing to help with any of my needs.
Whomever wrote such review about this lovely young lady has no integrity whatsoever, and such allegation is totally without merit. Never, ever would I think for a second that this unfounded, totally unsubstantiated, hateful remark is true. And, quite frankly, I'm pleased to know that such being is no longer among the community at Whispering Hills.

An absolute gem! This community is quite well established and their thoughtfulness shows in their ability to have thought of everything; dog park, convenient steps away parking, gym and an absolutely stunning club house that gives you the tasteful , elegant resort style; puts you in the mind of a lovely ski lodge complete with a gorgeous huge fireplace and one indoorand one outdoor pool, both very well maintained.The staff is phenomenal; full of informative people; Miss Sandra and Miss Chelle are absolutely the stars of the community, always willing to answer any questions and sure made the decision to lease easy, with their knowledge of the surrounding area and fantastic personalities. School was in walking distance for the elementary student AND in the first rate school district of Parkway. With its park like setting, friendly staff and neighborly residents, I think most will find this place to be a winner.

This place is awful stayed here one year and just moved out. The apartments are old the AC doesn't half way cool the townhomes only the bottom levels actually cool off. Maintenance is reluctant to come out an in most case they don't do anything. My place flooded twice an they did not even replace the carpet but put fans under it too which I had to smell mildew the next 5days!! I've seen people move out of other units that flooded and instead of fixing them first they moved another family right in. I stayed in this community to be close to the school its just not worth it. An both the sink and the tub clog up on the regular. I've talked to my neighbors and they have had the same problem I highly do not recommend staying at this complex. If so do it at your own risk, because once you sign that contract they have you.

Over priced-1,600 for a three bedroom and out dated! Don't waste your time or money here! The management blows you off with maintenance issues. There are bats in the siding, spiders inside your apartment, you have to CALL for routine maintenance and then the men come and go in your apartment without a phone call. It is very upsetting to come home and see people have been in your place when you are not home or your kids are sleeping. The management also has a BIG attitude like you are bothering them when you express your concerns. They are all smart alecks and should be replaced!
We were only here short-term but we enjoyed this community. It's centrally located with easy access to grocery stores, movie theater, and the interstate....
