My faith in this place was already shot LONG before what they talked about on the news last weekend! While the managers didn’t pull the trigger, back when I was there those beaten down apartments were managed very sloppy. And crummy housing has a way of attracting crummy people and crummy situations, so I was not surprised ONE BIT when I heard that the ess-show is still playing. Plus, if you do your HW, you will see that this was not the first time something like that happened on those grounds. And bad as all that was, it was far from the only stain on this place. They had a bigtime insect problem, but that didn’t bug me nearly as much as the carelessness of the office in handling things (if not forgetting about them totally). Old weak buildings (which were fake marketed as newly redone) were about one brick away from going TIMBERRRRRRRRRRR on you. And speaking of bricks, I don’t know how many many times I almost stepped on waste by the doggies, and wished their selfish owners would just scat, but the people who ran the complex were clearly too yellow to hold down the rules. And on top of that, they made residents sign a form in the lease papers that pretty much prevented you from suing them if they (blanked) you over (which they were known to do, again you can see in past reviews)??? Yah, that oughta make you feel real confident! This place was flush with problems. Should be called Stant**d Place Apartments (the brown garages only proved my point). After all, when it came to jipping residents, they were #2 to none on my list.

Awful office too. Wash yourself clean of any urge to stay here, unless you want to be left out to dry afterwords.

Staff continue to lie about when repairs will be done...especially concerning the roof. The dishonesty and unprofessionalism displayed has left a bad taste with me so bad that finding another place to stay and breaking the lease is where I am at right now. All the complaints and concerns not satisfied is ridiculous and will not be tolerated.

Lived there for about 8 months. They were working on renovating the property and making some nice improvements. Some of the buildings are very dated, but they have been improved with new windows and a lot of nice interior improvements. I did have several issues while living there but the office staff was great about getting me taken care of. The ladies up there were very helpful.
