No peaks and valleys here, folks- this one's a Plateau. My favorite formation, tbh. Because this one was on the up, and now it's settling nicely at the top, what a view. This single-family home is quaint but cute! Two, carpeted bedrooms, a chic as hell bathroom update, and modern appliances in the sizeable kitchen, PLUS laundry in the unfinished basement, along with plenty of room for additional storage.
A GREAT backyard that you can overlook from your little deck, plus parking space back there too, and lawncare is included! Talk about riding the high!
