I lived at MSL for a year. When applying and moving in, I was told every wonderful thing about this place but was never told the walls are PAPER THIN. It's like living in a college dorm or a house with roommates. As nice as these units are, it's not worth it when you can hear your neighbor's conversations, intimate relations and EVERYTHING ELSE very CLEARLY. $900+ and the walls aren't even insulated?! If you're young and don't care, knock yourself out. However, if you're 30+ and like your privacy, keep looking. Don't drink the Wash Ave kool-aid. All lofts aren't created equal.

I've lived in MSL for about 18 months now and I absolutely love it! Jamie and Bob (the owners) are always responsive and attentive. Jamie is a sweetheart and takes pride in getting to know the residents. The staff is friendly and maintenance staff takes care of problems within 1-2 days. They send a text when you have packages in the office, they schedule meet & greet barbecues so that we can get to know our neighbors, and they always keep us informed of any issues in the building or just news regarding the downtown community. The cost is FANTASTIC for the value that you get. Beautiful and spacious lofts, gated parking, and one of the best fitness centers for residents in the area. They are always updating and keep the property nice and well kept without having to raise your rent. I've been paying the same rent amount for almost two years now. Its located on Washington Ave but slightly removed from the hustle and bustle so its great for those who want to live downtown but without the traffic and noise. After next year, I'll probably be ready to purchase a home but I strongly recommend MSL for anyone looking to experience the best of downtown living.

I love living here! The building managers are great at responding fast to comments and concerns, maintenance is quick, and the apartments themselves are gorgeous. All the office workers are extremely courteous and helpful. The only issue I have is that I have had some truly awful and loud neighbors. Thankfully building management is very responsive to complaints about noise, especially when it happens during quiet hours. I wish they would stop leasing to people who own loud dogs but I guess they don't know until it's too late usually.

You can here your neighbors most of the time. Be aware if your an early riser and they are a night owl that this might interfere with you sleeping.

My experience at Majestic Stove Lofts have been nothing but positive. The staff is so responsive to my needs and has been from the moment I moved in. I had a couple of minor repairs which were fixed in 2 days. Every time I call the office, I leave a message and the staff responds by email of phone. I have recommended the property to two of my friends and they have both moved in and enjoy it. The workout/ fitness center is one of the best I have used at any apartment I have lived in. The only downside is parking - the complex has no guest parking and my friends need to park on the street. Finally there units are really inexpensive compared to what is in the neighborhood. Move here and you wont regret it.
