These lil critters are soo cute and chic! Do y'all remember that book series "Little Critter"? Apparently Little Critter was a porcupine, which I never would've guessed. I also probably never would've guessed that during the historic renovation of this building, they removed the old kitchen from where the current walk-in closet is and then put a brand new one where "the bedroom" was. Literally room for a bed, maybe a just a cot?? Idk, I guess people were just smaller at the turn of the century?? Little critters- dare I say?
Anyway, no days-of-old-like-living here, except for the charm! Brand new appliances and systems in the unit. The basement is a bright, modern, and useful hub of tenant activity! Full bike storage, app/wifi-enabled laundry, AND an INCLUDED storage unit for each apartment.
OH AND!! We worked out a deal w/ Spectrum, so you get 600mbps/70+channels for only an added $55/mo.
Off-street parking option out back, or catch the Bus that stops right out front (Lines 11 & 95)! The convenience is write-a-book-about-it-worthy. Local places to eat line the street; check out Bud's Pizza and Beer, The Golden Hoosier, Piper's Coffee. Then there's also Planet Fitness, Walgreens, and a PetSmart all within blocks of your place!
APP STUFF:
We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your past track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
PETS:
1 small dog up to 20lbs, or up to 2 cats; pet rent additional. Got a lizard or other teensy critter? No pet rent for you, just make sure it’s not plotting world domination.
