**Best advice: CALL me to set up a time to view IRL! If you're NOT looking to move within the next 30 days, check back when you are!**
UM?! Did you *see* the front of this cute ass building?? Look again. Okay, now what are you even doing reading the rest of this? Surely you've already scrolled through all the pix... Seen the video tour on our website yet? What else? Oh, there's a brand-new stainless-steel fridge in the kitchen! W/d hookups in the shared basement. The whole 2-car garage is included!
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
