I did 12 months lease but I moved out staying there 10 months paying the required termination fee. One thing I did not like was the carpet cleaning and other cleaning charge that I was made to pay of $ 265 even though they were clean enought (not that bad than the condition when I moved in)!
Also, the area is at great location, new buiding with wide corridors, loved living there!

We moved out 3 months ago now, and had we been staying in the area we would have stayed with GRE. I had this apartment picked out the beginning of the 15 month lease at our apartment prior, and through all the apartment searching we did in that time Grand River was always #1 on my list for when it came time to move. Probably the best apartments in St. Cloud in my opinion. You might find something a smidge more modern but it will be half size and the same price if not higher. The apartments are updated and well-built. The location is great with multiple trails right outside, great for those with dogs. The office staff was always very responsive and willing to help with any questions or concerns. The people always seemed neighborly, never any drama going on. I miss calling this place home.
