Very loud neighbors at times!
Love this place! It's affordable, well maintained, and the management is great. I've never had an issue with them. Would highly recommend

Really disappointed with our stay. Roach infested and now bed bugs. Bed begs can transfer fast in apartments... given the "dirty" neighbors and meth use I'm not surprised. Do NOT rent here. You will have a lot of homeless running around. Our car got broken into. Used needles and trash! It's so not a place to live especially with little ones. Not safe environment.
This apartment complex is very nice, they have nice ammenities and the girls that run it are amazing and professional. Would definetly rent there again.

This place is terrible. They have cockroaches and bed bug and don't even try. We paid last month's rent to get out and they came in before we were done moving and stole our dinning table. Managment is a joke, they a crooks. Don't live here. Run far far away.

Huge hole rotting that they were just going to put tape over but since i put duct tape over then they arent going to worry about it.Found dead mice months back.Landlady is "nice" and rude at the same time when coming across these things. Im in my second trimester and these living conditions are healthy especially since im pregnant! HIGHLY,HIGHLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE!
Also told landlord we were going to call the city and report the health conditions and she just said we could be out of our lease instead.That is worrisome.

And the mold. Holy crap. All behind the kitchenext fridge. Oh and the neighbors are disrespectful meth heads. So please protect yourself and stay away.
