My family has been a resident for two years now at Edgewater and I wanted to give a recommendation for anyone that is looking for their next home. My personal belief about Home that is quite important is that the community be harmonious. I can certainly say that I have found that here at Edgewaterat Klein. We recently had an important matter and it was then that we met our new manager Jonathan. Prior to our conversation and meeting, We witnessed as residents, how well Jonathan came in and started developing a consistent action plan for Edgewater Apartments to transform and reshape and be consistent with the actions needed to have a great and peaceful community. Thank you Jonathan for giving us a peace of mind on the solution for our personal matter. Your character shows how attentive and understanding you are to residents. I anticipate some big things to come from Jonathan to make our neighborhood a great and comfortable place to live.

Hes also been attentive with our issues in our apartment and making changes within. Overall, Ive been living here for a little over a year and nothing has ever happened to us related to crime.

About time we finally have a manager that is makes big changes around here. The balconies look clean, theres hardly dog poo, e-mails are getting sent about trash, dog dropping and finally the pool to the right side of the complex is looking better. Hopefully this management team keeps his unlike all the rest they fire. Jonathon is doing a good job. We needed this. I was not going to renew. But with these changes I cancelled my notice.
