Great apartment complex! We have lived for almost 2 years (in building 800) and it's been the best ran apartment complex we've lived in....
Great apartment complex! We have lived for almost 2 years (in building 800) and it's been the best ran apartment complex we've lived in. All maintenance issues (mainly a leaky ceiling) were addressed same day and fixed within hours. The grounds are kept up. The apartments are a little dated but the staff keep it VERY well maintained with regular and 'as needed' services. We never had to call the courtesy officer for anything. The residents are a little older which helps. There is a little sound that comes from surrounding apartments but overall it was very bearable. Our apartment was updated before we moved in so the appliances were excellent. The new workout room looks great (we never used it). The security is awesome. On game days, they post an officer at the gate to check cards which denies game-goers access to our apartments.
In my opinion, this apartment was the best value/location ratio we've could have hoped for. Speaking to other neighbors, most have lived her for 3 - 5 years (and that alone should tell you something). We are leaving ONLY because of a work transfer or else we'd be staying. You won't go wrong here!!!

My name is Yvonne Hargrove and I've been living at Walton Grove Apartments for ten plus years. I started out in a two bedroom apt and recently moved to a three bedroom apt and I've had the best service from the new manager Kate, Jasmine, and the maintenance manager Joe. Every single time I've had any issues, Kate has been on top of it! She has been the best manager I've ever worked with in the ten years I've been here. Joe has been so helpful with this transition into my new place and he has truly helped me with any and every issue I've had thus far. Kate's assistant Jasmine, has been nothing but a blessing as well to me! They had a floater by the name of Kayla who was just as awesome! I would recommend Walton Grove to ANYONE !! They have excellent customer service.

It's a clean, safe, well maintained property with great residents and amazing employees. That includes maintenance who, when called, were there within a few hours. Can't say enough good about this hidden gem in Smyrna!

Walton Grove is one of the BEST apt complex to reside!!! I have only lived here for 3 months and the experience is beyond belief. First off the grounds are kept superb and maintenance staff move very swift. The apartment floor plans are huge, very quiet and peaceful. No loud music, no rowdy neighbors, no kids playing in the street. They just pressurized the entire community for a kept fresh look. Pest control on a monthly basis, inside and outside if requested. EXTREMELY Professional, Caring, Here to help in Any situation staff. Any issue that came about the staff resloved the issue immediately to insure I was accommodated. My only issue upon moving in was there was no fitness center. Then "Bam" we have a brand new fitness center with brand new workout equipment, weights, mats, core bags etc. Annnnd we are right across from the Braves Stadium. What more can you ask for?? Not much.lol
