A friend of mine lives here. I love her apartment, super nice features I wish I had like double-sided fridge, quartz counters, bluetooth speakers and deep kitchen sink to name a few. I love her pool and clubroom areas, and the gym is huge. It also seems super pet-friendly, I've seen lots of folks walking dogs when I have visited. Close enough to walk to the ballgames or eat at The Battery. I would definitely live here if I were in the market for an apartment!

If I could give management less than 1 star I would. She has personal relationships with particular residents so when you have a complaint such as noise she doesn't do anything about it or she tells you whats going on with them to make excuses for them. There is nothing done about the noise because the walls are paper thin. The bluetooth speakers in the walls are a curse because you can't get any rest when your neighbor is blasting their music everyday. There are no incentives for longtime residents. Instead they rent the same apartment for much cheaper to a new person. The new leasing person has no personality at all. What happened to Cheka that used to work there?! She was the only one that cared about any of us and had a personality. The assistant manage there is a non entity. If you don't move to the fifth floor then save yourself the trouble of moving here. It's not worth it.

I toured the Reserve at the Ballpark today, and I loved it. Stephanie was very friendly, was able to answer all of my questions, and helped me work through the leasing process. The apartments are modern and include some unique built-in features (i.e. bluetooth speakers). The amenities at the complex are top notch, especially the club room, gym and pool area. Before I stopped by here, my plan was to go see a bunch of different apartments, but after touring the community and meeting the office staff, the decision was essentially made for me. I look forward to moving into this complex in the near future.

I just finished the leasing process with The Reserve at the Ballpark and had a great experience with Stephanie. I moved for work and ended up touring apartments and leasing the same day. She made the whole process seamless from touring to completing the documents and even helped me find a furniture rental company. The amenities here are beautiful and it's a brand new property -- highly recommend!

We leased an apartment here for a year. Positives Location Property is clean Apartments are nice Negatives Property manager Shatori and staff are incompetent and rude (not including Dustin) he is the only person that is courteous, professional and actually wants to help with any issues. He should be the property manager in my opinion. Shatori the current property manager has zero customer service skills and for some odd reason thinks she is too good to interact with residents and has a serious attitude problem. There were plenty of times we needed to speak to her and she would be in her office or standing right in-front of us and we would be speaking to another staff member he/she would tell her we needed to speak to her and she would act like she doesn't see us hand the staff member one of her business cards and direct them to tell us to email her which by the way ALWAYS goes unanswered. If you read past reviews on the property you will see all the complaints about her I guess it got so bad they started emailing residents offering to pay us if we left good reviews. I could go further into detail about SHATORI but I don't have the time to write another 100 paragraphs. If the corporate office reads these reviews please consider replacing Shatori or at least train her on how to manage a property and interact with residents. In the end it only makes your property look bad as she is a representative of it. Another note when we ended our lease I turned my keys into Shatori and explained we will not be renewing our lease she simply looked at me and said ok took the keys and that was that. Not a simple well thank you for staying with us good luck in the future NOTHING just took the keys and walked away. You would think if the property is currently offering 2 months free to new residents that means you need people. If a resident is not renewing a good question to ask would be "May I ask why you don't want to renew your lease?" Anyways bottom line is The Reserve at Ballpark is like Comcast it works but if you ever need anything it will take a very long time or never get done accompanied by serious attitude, terrible customer service, and incompetent property manager & staff.

Been living here for about 7 months and this is the best apartment complex I have EVER lived in, worked around, or visited! The property manager, Shatori, is AWESOME and runs a tight ship. The staff is very professional and friendly.

This place is amazing and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I've lived here for almost a year and just happily renewed my lease. This place is a beautiful, well-maintained community in a perfect location. The pool area is beautiful and kept clean at all times. The amenities are very nice and not cheap... the kitchen appliances are the best I've seen in any apartment I've toured or lived in. Any (minor) maintenance issues we've had are quickly addressed and fixed. Noise has not been an issue, even with a ballpark next door. Applying for an apartment, registering my pet, and renewing my lease have all been painless processes. The staff is super friendly...I am honestly shocked that anyone could have anything bad to say about them. They've been nothing but accessible, nice, and really just all around a great management team. Look, apartment living is not like owning your own home. You have neighbors, you have rent, you have rules, and you have management. For those that follow those rules and respect their neighbors, this is the best community around. If you have issues with that, then maybe apartment living isn't for you.

Moved in back in November. I love the place upon moving in, we were looking at multiple apartments around the area and The Reserve won me over. It's a new building so everything is up to date. Any questions or concerns, I go to Dustin who always have a great attitude and willing to help. So far no complaints here..... I'm more excited for all the construction, etc to be finished surrounding the new Braves stadium. Living in walking distance I am prepared to become a new baseball fan :)

Staff is friendly and helpful. I did everything online and talked to everyone via the phone before I even saw the property. The pool is perfect for the summer, music and people are always out there. The gym is updated and busy, which is a sign that it is a good gym to me. The courtyard is quiet, I wish more people used the Bocce Ball court. The rooms are nicely sized, I live in a studio and it does not feel like a studio at all with the partial wall separating the kitchen and bedroom. The hallways above are a bit thin, but that is everywhere now. You do hear people walking from time to time but some people have big feet (Can't blame them).
